Rupert Vogel’s practice focuses on advising and representing German and international companies in and out of court on issues of complex contracts, in particular those related to the Internet (e.g. cloud computing, outsourcing), classic and agile project contracts and project disputes, the design of business models in the field of new media and the licensing and protection of software and technology. AI law is also part of his consulting portfolio.

Prof. Dr. Rupert Vogel works as an attorney in the IP and Media as well as IT Law and Data Protection departments.
